IL-4 was significantly overexpressed in animals aged ≤ 10 years (p = 0.02) and animals with tumor time course of less than six months (p = 0.01); single tumor location (p = 0.0001); moderate tumor vascularization (p = 0.0002); tumor mass size less than three centimeters (p = 0.0006); no lymph node involvement (p = 0.001); metastasis (p < 0.0001); recurrence (p = 0.0003); and clinical stage I or II (p < 0.0001) and animals that were still alive at the end of the followup period (p < 0.0001) (Figure 2(a)).
