In early RA patients, the plasma concentrations of IL-20 and IL-24 were significantly increased in IgM-RF positive patients compared with negative patients (both P < 0.0001) (Fig. 2a) and in anti-CCP antibody positive patients compared with negative patients (both P < 0.0001) (Fig. 2a).
