Five of 32 patients with best response of SD discontinued romidepsin due to the following AEs: ventricular extrasystoles and decreased T wave amplitude (probably drug related; cycle 1); neutropenia (drug related; cycle 3); acute angle-closure glaucoma (possibly drug related; cycle 4); pulmonary embolism, elevated C-reactive protein, and melanoma (only melanoma was possibly drug related; cycle 6); and pneumonia (not drug related; cycle 9). Here, CRP is linked to neutropenia.
