Univariate analysis indicated that high USP39 expression (Hazard ratio (HR) = 2.167,P<0.025), Gleason score>7 (HR=1.966, P=0.001), high PSA (HR=1.925, P=0.048) and capsular invasion (HR = 6.821, P=0.008) were independent risk factors for BCR of prostate cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene USP39 and prostate carcinoma.
