In 52 tumors for which serial sections were available, IHC revealed that the expression levels of SKP2 and CCNA2 proteins in tumor cells correlated positively with the cytoplasmic TIA1 expression level (Figure 6E) and tended to be associated with worse overall survival (Supplementary Figure S10A and S10B), although CCNA2 immunoreactivity did not reach a statistically significant level. The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is neoplasm.
