Using the ELISA described above, we found that the concentrations of anti-ACTL7a antibodies were significantly higher in the immune infertility group than in the fertile group (P < 0.0001, the average concentrations of anti-ACTL7a antibodies were shown as the mean and SEM in Fig. 1a), and the concentrations of antibodies were obviously much higher in the infertile (TAT ≥ 16) group than in the infertile (TAT < 16) group (P < 0.0001, more than three times, Fig. 1a).
