Highest LC3B (Figure 5A, 5A*), p62 (Figure 5B, 5B*), LAMP2 (Figure 5C, 5C*) and CTSB (Figure 5D, 5D*) levels were seen in close vicinity of pseudopalisading necrosis in human glioblastomas, frequently decreasing within a 100–500 μm distance from the border of the pseudopalisading cells. The gene discussed is LAMP2; the disease is glioblastoma.
