Thus, the determinant of the lower frequency of stereotyped BCR in Chinese CLL could be due to the prevalence of certain genes (i.e. IGHV3-7 and IGHV3-74) and the reduced frequency of others (i.e. IGHV1-69), each maintaining the same tendency to stereotypy. This evidence concerns the gene BCR and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
