UBE2T and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Given that UBE2T is a E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme lacking specificity for substrates and has versatile roles [12, 18, 24, 25], we hypothesized that UBE2T would possess a context-dependent role in different cancer types, wherein UBE2T functions through different substrates and signal pathways to facilitate the development and progression of NPC.
