Soluble P selectin was 9.8 (7.6–11.2) ng/mL in acute heart failure, 9.0 (6.8–11.8) ng/mL in chronic heart failure, 9.6 (7.6–10.7) ng/mL in atrial fibrillation, and 8.6 (6.8–10.0) ng/mL in coronary artery disease (p = 0.31). This evidence concerns the gene SELP and congestive heart failure.
