The levels of TNFα and IL-6 were significantly decreased in the HF-P group as compared with the HF group (TNFα, 1.55 ± 0.37 vs. 3.48 ± 0.71, p < 0.01; IL-6, 1.02 ± 0.17 vs. 2.59 ± 0.45, p < 0.01), and the level of IL-10 in the ileal tissue was significantly increased in the HF-P group as compared with the HF group (0.60 ± 0.054 vs. 0.25 ± 0.04, p < 0.01) (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and hydrops fetalis.
