CDK5 and malignant colon neoplasm: There are 13 significant affected pathways (p < 0.05), including pyrimidine metabolism, polyamine regulation in colon cancer, CDK5 signaling, propanoate metabolism, aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis, urea cycle and metabolism of amino groups, semaphoring signaling in neurons, p53 signaling, phenylalanin/tyrosine/tryptophan biosynthesis, purine metabolis, cell cycle-G1/S checkpoint regulation, cell cycle regulation by BTG family proteins and mitotic roles of Polo-like kinase (Fig. 2D).
