There was a significantly higher proportion of CD11chi cells among HLA-DR+CD1a+ cells in FLG-null than in WT subjects, with the highest level in FLG-null subjects without AD (all FLG-null subjects: 56% ± 10.2% CD11chi cells vs all WT subjects: 34% ± 15.6%, P = .0006, Fig 1).
