IL1B and epilepsy: These experimental results suggest that the antiepileptic effect of anti-IL-1β mAb-SPIONs, which have decreased the number of IL-1β molecules, was realized by reducing the reaction of IL-1β with receptors on the surface of the astrocytes and then reduced the activation of inflammation in the cell signaling pathways in order for the inhibition of the occurrence of epilepsy by reducing the signal of the inflammation.
