YAP is overexpressed in a variety of cancers, such as HCC [20], non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [21], breast cancer [22], melanoma [23], hedgehog-associated medulloblastomas [24], colonic adenocarcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma [25] and lung adenocarcinoma [26].
