Counterstaining with Lamin B1 in Lamin A/C-depleted cells and Lamin A/C upon Lamin B2 Kd revealed distorted nuclear shapes, nuclear invaginations, blebbing, and nuclear furrows (Fig. S2) as found in Lamin A/C- and B1-depleted HeLa cells and in cells derived from laminopathies (Shimi et al. 2008; Taimen et al. 2009).
