As shown in Figure 5A and Supplementary Figure 4A, targeting MAP3K13 significantly decreased protein levels in all three cancer cells but significantly inhibited growth, soft agar colony formation and in vivo tumorigenesis only in the high Myc-expressing lines MB231 and HepG2 (Figure 5B–5E and Supplementary Figure 4B–4C).
