Nuclear HDAC3 staining correlated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.001) and clinical stage (P < 0.001), but did not correlate with patient's gender, age, tumor location, tumor size, tumor differentiation, invasion depth, distant metastasis, abdominal pain, jaundice, or nervous invasion (P > 0.05). Here, HDAC3 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
