In that study, we showed that mice vaccinated with TA-CIN generated very low CD4+ T cell response when pulsed with E7 protein but a significant CD4+ T cell response when stimulated by TA-CIN protein or CT26 cells transfected with DNA encoding L2 protein, suggesting that the CD4+ T cell responses generated by TA-CIN are mainly L2-specific. Here, PDXP is linked to cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
