Fluorescence-activated cell sorting analysis of CD4+, CD19+, CD25+, CD45+, and Tim-3+ cell populations, in both healthy mice and those with RA, revealed that the population of Th1 cells produced by CD4+Tim-3+ cells was higher in the splenocytes of the H2O-treated group than in those of the other groups. Here, CD19 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
