PTEN and neoplasm: Furthermore, consistent with GRP94 over-expression in endometrial cancer which is predominantly mutated in Pten, in RNA-seq dataset analysis, an inverse correlation was detected between Grp94 and Pten mRNA levels using both normal (green) and tumor samples (red) (p value = 0.001) due to the opposite expression changes between Pten and Grp94 mRNA levels from normal to tumor (Figure 1F).
