In the current study, we aimed to determine whether antagonists of Hrh1 (terfenadine [29,30,31]), Hrh2 (cimetidine [23,26]) and Hrh3 (clobenpropit) affect colorectal carcinogenesis using a murine model of inflammation-associated colorectal carcinogenesis [9,15] in Experiment 1 (the 18-week experiment), since an association between histamine receptors and cancer is suspected [21]. This evidence concerns the gene HRH3 and cancer.
