Tables 2 and 3 show that C14orf166 expression was significantly correlated with larger tumor size (P = 0.001), lymph node involvement (P < 0.001), histological differentiation (P < 0.001), survival time and vital states, which suggested a correlation between higher C14orf166 expression and clinical progression in bladder cancer. This evidence concerns the gene RTRAF and urinary bladder carcinoma.
