In multivariable analysis, factors associated with returning for CD4 count results included secondary education (OR 1.23; 95% CI: 1.09–1.39), income >$US 125/year (OR 1.18; 95% CI: 1.04–1.33), older age (OR 1.09; 95% CI: 1.03–1.16), residence outside of downtown Port-au-Prince (OR 1.16; 95% CI: 1.03–1.30), and TB at HIV testing (OR 2.91; 95% CI: 2.10–4.05). Here, CD4 is linked to tuberculosis.
