LEP and neoplasm: Of note, we observed in tumor sections from GW4064-treated mice a significant decrease in the expression of leptin-regulated proteins and this was concomitant with a strong positivity for SOCS3, suggesting that an inhibition of leptin signaling may be involved in the reduction of tumor growth in vivo induced by activated FXR on both MCF-7 alone and MCF-7 co-injected with CAFs.
