To explore the role of TMEM14A in ovarian cancer development, three TMEM14A-shRNA lentivirus (RNAi-1, RNAi-2 and RNAi-3) and non-silencing shRNA lentivirus (NC) were produced and infected A2780 and HO-8910 cells, which have higher levels of TMEM14A expression. The gene discussed is TMEM14A; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
