In summary, applying a comprehensive transcriptomic analysis in one of the largest, clinically well-characterized study samples of aggressive meningioma including primary and recurrent tumors from the same patient, we were able to identify PTTG1, AURKB, LEPR, COX10, ECT2, PRC1, UBE2C and MN1 expression as potentially important prognostic markers. The gene discussed is LEPR; the disease is meningioma.
