TP53 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Our data showed that Nutlin-3a significantly induced a dose- and time-dependent apoptosis in BV-173 (from 6% to 53% at 24 hours and from 8% to 82% at 48 hours) (Figure 4A), SUP-B15 (from 2% to 12% at 24 hours and from 5% to 20% at 48 hours) (Figure 4B) and NALM-6 (from 3% to 20% at 24 hours and from 10% to 48% at 48 hours) (Figure 4C) ALL cell lines with wild-type p53, using 1 μM, 2 μM and 5 μM of Nutlin-3a.
