Among those 63 genes, 13 (GALNT7, KIF2A, NLK, NUAK1, VEGFA, LIN7C, LMO4, SP1, STEAP1, OCLN, PKD2, RAB3B, and SNAI2) are previously reported as a gene involved in cancer, invasion, and EMT, and FUBP3 showed considerable upregulation with miR-203 transfection in Ago2-IP analysis (Supplemental Table 1).
