EGFR and neoplasm: We demonstrated that THC, one of the active anticancer forms of CUR in vivo, markedly inhibited tumor growth and tumor progression in CaSki-implanted female nude mice models by reducing cell proliferation and promoting cell apoptosis, which is likely to have occurred through the inhibition of COX-2, EGFR, and their signaling molecules (p-ERK1&2 and p-AKT) expression.
