A number of etiological agents of liver disease such as smoking, alcohol, high fat and high cholesterol, high polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), iron, homocysteine, and HTL, ROS, and PON1 gene polymorphism adversely affect PON1 activity leading to cardiovascular disease (CVD) [11–18]. Here, PON1 is linked to liver disorder.
