Subsequent estimation of the phosphorylation level of IKKβ, NF-κB pathway stimulating kinase, by immunoblotting assay demonstrated that both decreased IKKβ phosphorylation in lung cancer cell lines including A549, NCI-H460, and NCI-H1668 and lead to the accumulation of IκBα and IκBβ and the export of nuclear p65 transcription factor. Here, IKBKB is linked to lung carcinoma.
