However, interestingly the weak FAAH inhibitor R-flurbiprofen, which leads to a resetting of normal eCB profiles in models of neuropathic pain and autoimmune disease [40,41], was previously shown to reduce tumor growth in transplant models in nude mice [42] and in colon or prostate cancer development in APCmin (Adenomatous Polyposis Coli, multiple intestinal neoplasia) and TRAMP (Transgenic Adenocarcinoma of the Mouse Prostate) mice [43,44].
