Neither navitoclax nor venetoclax induced death in DKO p185+ B-ALL cells, except at high concentrations (IC50 > 20 μM), indicating that the main mechanism of action of these agents at effective concentrations in p185+ B-ALL cells is induction of intrinsic apoptosis (Figure 3A and 3B). The gene discussed is EIF3A; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
