Ly6K mRNA expression was significantly higher in cohort of ovarian cancer (n=8) than cohorts of precursors (n=24) in Buchholz [140] study and ovarian cancer (n=361) than borderline tumor (n=57) in Bittner(Unpublished, GSE2109), Anglesio [141] and Tothill [142] studies. The gene discussed is LY6K; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
