Furthermore, the RNF135 expression levels were correlated with the grade of glioma (Table 2), and the multivariate analysis showed that the RNF135 expression level was the most important factor predicting the overall survival in patients with glioma (Table 3), with lower RNF135 expression correlated with a better survival than higher RNF135 expression (Fig. 2).
