The results showed that the RNF135 expression level (P = 0.000; HR: 2.958; multivariate Cox regression analysis) and the radiochemotherapy (p = 0.02; HR: 0.573; multivariate Cox regression analysis) both were indicative of significant prognostic factors of glioma in patient survival time and the RNF135 expression levels was a more important factor (Table 3).
