To further confirm the hypothesis that augmentation of anti-oxidative pathways can suppress tauopathy-induced neurotoxicity, we examined neuronal survival in zebrafish embryos co-injected with pHuC-h4R-Tau-GFP and pHuC-zBcl2-L1-HA-2A-mCherry, pHuC-zNrf2-HA-2A-mCherry, pGFAP-zGDNF-HA, or pHuC-mCherry at 48 hpf. Here, ZNRF2 is linked to tauopathy.
