To examine the possibility, we crossed miR-155ko/ko mice with well established Brca1cko/cko;Trp53cko/cko;K14-Cre mouse model and monitored a cohort of Brca1cko/cko;Trp53cko/cko;K14-Cre; miR-155ko/ko and Brca1cko/cko;Trp53cko/cko;K14-Cre; miR-155ko/+ mice for tumor incidence [21]. This evidence concerns the gene KRT14 and neoplasm.
