Many review papers nicely summarize Nur77’s expression in cancer [2, 6, 7], showing that Nur77 is upregulated in many adult cancers, including colon [8–10], bladder [11], pancreatic [12], prostate [13], breast [10, 14], ovarian [10], and lung cancer [10, 15, 16], with the highest expression in melanoma [10]. This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and lung cancer.
