As shown in Figure 1A and 1B, the BRD4 expression was much higher in NSCLC tissues than their corresponding adjacent normal lung tissues in mRNA (5.30 ± 0.51 vs. 3.10 ± 0.36) and protein (2.80 ± 0.32 vs. 1.90 ± 0.17) level. Here, BRD4 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
