SEMA4A and Wilson disease: Bertola et.al [39] found that the expression of inflammatory factors in plexin/semaphorin family was significantly increased in NASH patients, and in this study, n-3 PUFA feeding restored WD-induced expression of T-helper 1 leukocyte differentiation-related Sema4a and T-leukocyte activation-related Sema4d. We found that the expression of Socs2, a key molecule in JAK-STAT-SOC pathway, was elevated in the WD group, and the expression in FOH group was lower than the WD group, which is consistent with the results of Zadjali et.al.
