Bertola et.al [39] found that the expression of inflammatory factors in plexin/semaphorin family was significantly increased in NASH patients, and in this study, n-3 PUFA feeding restored WD-induced expression of T-helper 1 leukocyte differentiation-related Sema4a and T-leukocyte activation-related Sema4d. We found that the expression of Socs2, a key molecule in JAK-STAT-SOC pathway, was elevated in the WD group, and the expression in FOH group was lower than the WD group, which is consistent with the results of Zadjali et.al. The gene discussed is UBXN11; the disease is metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
