The larger study driven by Viale [5] comparing central versus local assessment of IHC hormone status (with a 10% cut-off for positivity), revealed a reclassification (after central reviewing) of 69.5% and 1.1% of the ER-negative and ER-positive tumours, and of 44.5% and 4.6% of PR-negative and PR-positive tumours. The gene discussed is PGR; the disease is neoplasm.
