Compared with healthy controls (median, 2.56% of CD4+ T cells; range, 0.66–7.95%; n = 39), the percentage of peripheral Th17 subset was significantly decreased in lymphoma patients (median, 1.88%; range, 0.35–5.59%; n = 48; P = 0.0328) (Fig 2A). Here, CD4 is linked to lymphoma.
