Inspired by such interaction, we wondered whether A2PP could antagonize infection of M. hyorhinis. We found that A2PP, in an appropriate concentration (20 μM), decreased M. hyorhinis infection, inhibited infection-promoted migration, and reduced infection-provoked the phosphorylations of EGFR and ANXA2 in gastric cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene ANXA2 and gastric cancer.
