A second group of cancers had significantly higher CREB3L1 mRNA expression than their normal counterparts, including breast carcinoma (p = 6.5 × 10−31), prostate adenocarcinoma (p = 1.5 × 10−11), chromophobe renal cell carcinoma (p = 1.9 × 10−9), cholangiocarcinoma (p = 5.5 × 10−4), stomach adenocarcinoma (p = 0.0025), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (p = 0.0027) and pancreatic ductal carcinoma (p = 0.019). This evidence concerns the gene CREB3L1 and gastric adenocarcinoma.
