DROSHA and neoplasm: DROSHA heterozygous mutations were found in case no. 51, where the c.3451G>C (p.D1151H) was present in both the primary tumor and in the recurrence, in recurrence 74II, bearing the c.3559C>A (p.Q1187K) mutation, and in recurrence 262II, showing the c.3452A>G (p.D1151G) mutation.
