For adjusted OR, the COMT HH genotype seems to be protector for cervical cancer (OR = 0.31, 95% CI = 0.15–0.65, p = 0.002), but the COMT polymorphism protection role was more statistically significant when associated the COMT HH&HL genotypes (OR = 0.21, 95% CI = 0.09–0.48, p < 0.001) (data not shown). This evidence concerns the gene COMT and cervical carcinoma.
