As summarized in Figure 3, PK2 was also significantly increased to 235.5 ± 28.2 and 202.8 ± 20.93 in the inflamed bladders with 4 h (n = 7, P < 0.01) and 8 d (n = 5, P < 0.05) CYP-induced cystitis, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene PROK2 and chronic cystitis.
