In MOLM-14 cells, caspase-3 cleavage was observed at 20 μM at 6 and 24 h (Figure 2), while caspase-3 cleavage was seen at higher concentration in THP-1 cells and at lower concentrations in primary cells AML-A, AML-B and AML-C (Figure 2).
