PPARG and prostate carcinoma: In this study, we investigated and established the association of five inflammation-related genetic polymorphisms, namely, PPARG Pro12Ala, NFKB1-94 ins/del, NFKBIA-826C/T, COX-1 (50C>T), and COX-2 (-1195G>A) polymorphisms, with prostate cancer risk in a Chinese population.
